Psychotherapy

Healing happens through relationship. One of the most important and critical components of the therapeutic work is our relationship - which will be the vehicle for change. Grounded in psychodynamic principles, the therapy experience is enriched by evidence based, and trauma-informed modalities.

Modalities

Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps us gently explore the different parts within you — the ones that protect and the ones that hold pain — to understand how each has taken shape to help you move through life’s challenges.

Attachment-Based Therapy explores how early relationships influence the ways we connect—with ourselves and with others. In our work together, we bring awareness to these patterns and begin to repair them, fostering new ways of relating that feel secure, authentic, and fulfilling.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) supports you in building a healthier relationship with your thoughts and feelings while connecting to values that make life meaningful.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy invites you to slow down and notice your body sensations, thoughts and feelings with gentle awareness. Through this process, you can begin to relate to yourself with more kindness and create space for new choices and ways of being.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) supports the mind and body in gently processing memories or beliefs that may feel stuck, helping you find relief from past experiences and move toward a greater sense of calm and balance.

Free Consultation (20 minutes)

This consultation serves as an informational meeting where I can explain my services, approach, and answer any questions you may have. Together we can get a feel for whether we're a good therapeutic match. It is not a clinical session. If you're interested in moving forward after this meeting, we'll go over the next steps, including intake and consent forms.

The initial intake session is our first meeting in therapy. During this time, we'll explore your background, emotional and physical health history, past therapy experiences, and overall needs. This session provides an opportunity to talk in detail about your treatment goals and how we can collaborate to reach them effectively.

Initial Intake Session (60 minutes)

Returning Sessions (50 minutes)

Therapy is a journey of personal growth and self-exploration, which requires time and regular commitment. In the intake session, we'll establish a consistent schedule that suits your needs. Follow-up sessions will be our ongoing time together to continue the therapeutic process.
